Information obligation according to the GDPR

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection data), Journal of Laws UE.L.2016.119.1, we would like to inform you that:

Personal data is processed in cases where the law imposes an obligation to process such personal data or when such processing is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party

5. the recipient of your personal data may be entities processing data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and cooperating entities as well as entities obliged to do so under the law
6. your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization
7. your personal data will be stored for the implementation and service of the order process, contract performance and for contact for marketing purposes, if you have consented to it
8. you have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing and the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, by sending an e-mail to the following address: plastem@plastem.pl
9. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR)
10. providing personal data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to handle the order process and commercial contact
11. decisions regarding data will not be made in an automated manner, including profiling
