Mesh conveyors (transporters) are made on the basis of a steel mesh belt, the type of which is appropriately selected for the transported product and the production process.
Mesh conveyors are most often used in the fruit and vegetable, confectionery, meat and fish industries.
Advantages of mesh conveyors:
The structure of the mesh conveyor can be made of ordinary powder coated steel, acid-resistant steel or aluminum. The net is led on special slides, most often made of PE1000 polyethylene. Mesh belts can be made of carbon steel (galvanized), stainless or acid-resistant steel, equipped with carriers and side edges. They are used to transport food products as well as heavy industrial details, e.g. castings. A characteristic feature of this type of tapes is resistance to very high or low temperatures, therefore they are used in the heat treatment processes of products.
