We carry out this type of work using a modern press brake that allows metal elements to be bent at any angle and sequence. When needed, we offer also notches. Due to the pressure force of up to 175 tons, we undertake this type of process in the case of sheets with a thickness of 0,5mm to 6 mm. A hydraulic mechanism helps in this, as it multiplies the pressure force through the physical phenomenom of pressure constancy. The maximum length of simultaneous bending is 3050 mm.
The machine we use has a technologically advanced numerical control system, allowing for expectional precision and repeatability of given activities. At the same time, using a bending machine, you can create both edges with a selected acute angle and rounded edges. During the work, we comply with all the required safety standards.
