Belt conveyors

One of the most popular ways to transport any material is to use belt conveyors. They are adapted to almost any size of the load, and at the same time generate relatively low costs.

Depending on the customer’s preferences, models are available with sidguards or flights. Thanks to these elements, they can be used for oblique and horizontal transport. Our belt conveyors will be used in production plants of many industries, as well as sorting plants and warehouses. Due to their versatility, they can be used as autonomous devices as well as individual elements of the assembly line.

The products we offer are made of many materials, such as:
• PVC,
• polyurethane,
• silicone,
• gum.

Technical data of belt conveyors

The structure of the belt conveyor can be made of: ordinary powder coated steel, acid-resistant steel or aluminum. The conveyor belt is most often led on a special steel or polyethylene (PE1000) top. At the ends of the belt conveyor, rollers are mounted: rubber-covered drive or (drum motor), passive and reverse.

The most commonly used tapes made of: PVC, polyurethane, rubber, silicone, caoutchouc, felt. They are offered in various thicknesses and with a different surface structure (smooth, non-slip, gripp).

Belt conveyors are most often used to transport products horizontally or at an incline of up to 35 °. They are perfect for transporting to different heights. Depending on the needs of the transported product, appropriate systems of vertically and horizontally adjustable side boards (parallel or single steel bars, guides, plastic sliding strips, etc.) are installed.
