1000 series modular belts provide ideal conditions for transporting products. Thanks to the materials used, each module maintains a very high stiffness, thanks to which the belt is perfectly flat, which results in low belt friction during transport. The ease of installation of the belts results from the use of technology that allows the insertion of elements blocking the modules without the use of special tools. The very smooth side surface allows two belts to be guided adjacent to each other, even if they move at different speeds. The 1000 series modular belts are distinguished by very high resistance and long product life.
The construction of the Flush Grid modular belt guarantees easy drainage of water and dirt, easy air flow and easy cleaning, while ensuring a very long durability. The Flush Grid is available in the standard FG version, with POSITRACK (FGDP) guiding grips and the version with POSITRACK grips and FreeFlow wings allowing the load to be transferred to a second lane traveling to the source at an angle of 90 °.
1000 Flush Grid modular belt
The belts are available in various colors. Green-blue, made of Polyacetyl-XLG providing a very low coefficient of friction. The light green ones are made of XP polypropylene and are used in places requiring high temperature (max. 104 ° C) and adequate chemical resistance. Available in black, the belts provide high resistance to electrostatic voltage thanks to improved dissipation of electrical voltages, which is necessary, for example, in aerosol production lines.
