1000 series modular belts provide ideal conditions for transporting products. Thanks to the materials used, each module maintains a very high stiffness, thanks to which the belt is perfectly flat, which results in low belt friction during transport. The ease of installation of the straps is due to the use of technology that allows the insertion of blocking elements for the modules without the use of special tools
The very smooth side surface allows two belts to be guided adjacent to each other, even if they move at different speeds. The 1000 series modular belts are distinguished by very high resistance and long product life.
The closed surface of the Flat Top straps is ideal for transporting glass bottles. Flat Top belts are available in the standard FG version, with POSITRACK (FGDP) guiding grips and versions with POSITRACK grips and FreeFlow wings allowing the load to be transferred to a second belt traveling to the source at an angle of 90 °.
