Dosing and transport screws

The Plastem company offers screws for transporting packaging such as: bottles, cans, jars, and others.

We are the contractor:

• guide screws with variable geometry of recesses,
• constant pitch guide screws,
• guide screws with variable pitch,
• guide screws with variable convergence of cavities,
• complete cooperating and rotating screws,
• complete cooperating and separating screws,
• mixing screws,
• special screws.

We mainly make screws of the following materials: POLYAMIDE PA 6, POLYACETAL POM, and POLYETHYLENE PE. The screws can be made with a maximum length of 2 m (as one shaft) or folded (with no length restrictions). For the valuation of parts, we take into account: the price of the material, the working time of the CNC milling machine, and the execution of fittings.
